How do Europeople work?

Europeople work hard to match hardworking and skilled candidates with clients’ varied and demanding recruitment needs. We currently work with a range of organisations to provide a blend of permanent, temporary and seasonal staff to support changing staffing needs and market demands.

Finding the right people to support your business is an important task. As providers of one of the UK’s leading recruitment services, Europeople can support your search by finding the right people to work with you, therefore ensuring that you are free to focus on the day-to-day demands of your business.

What are the benefits of working with Europeople?

 • A total and comprehensive recruitment solution. This is particularly important for clients who are under time pressure to source candidates, or who have been unable to attract the ‘right’ candidate through advertising or other recruitment channels.

• Access to a network of skilled and semi-skilled candidates. All our candidates have relevant work experience, enthusiasm and motivation, and the majority of them work with us following recommendation.

• A free of charge recruitment service. Clients only pay for workers once candidates have been selected and have begun work.

• A straightforward fee structure. Candidates are available on an hourly rate basis, which includes holiday pay and employer’s National Insurance contributions.

• Simple administration processes. Clients are required to sign and return our ‘terms of business’ letter once a candidate has been accepted. Following this, clients are simply required to fax weekly timesheets to the Europeople office to ensure candidates are paid promptly.

• Preparation of all necessary documentation. This includes all paperwork for the Home Office, as well as National Insurance and bank account opening.

• Candidate support on arrival in the UK.

• Ongoing support to clients and candidates. Including emergency assistance, if required, and support from the Europeople team to monitor performance and to ensure the satisfaction of the client and candidate(s).

• The option to take candidates on permanently. Clients have the option to pay a one off fee following which clients assume responsibility for employing and paying candidates directly.

• A true blend of British and European consultants. This mix within the Europeople team ensures a high standard of service to clients and candidates, as well as translation and cultural integration support.  

What happens if I am not happy with the workers?

If for any reason at all you are not happy with the worker or workers you simply give the office a call explain the reasons why and where possible we will do our very best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. If the situation cannot be resolved for example a clash of personalities which unfortunately does happen on the odd occasion we will remove the temporary worker and replace them with a more suitable candidate.
